  1. I plan on coming back next year.
  2. We launched at ramp by the bridge.Had 51 bass but only 3 keepers including A Smallmouth. I dont think we ran more than 5 miles during the day.Fished both shallow and deep, with most fish in the deeper water.Caught fish on A little of everything including worms, topwater, crankbaits, spinnerbaits and buzzbaits.I even caught one before leaving the boat ramp.We did have some schooling fish come up and twice I had A double on A Chug Bug.Caught both fish one time, lost both the other time. We had A long day here and plan to fish back on Table Rock tomorrow.

Sept.26-Cape Fair-30bass,2 keepers both Spots. Many small fish.Caught fish on everything in the tacklebox including topwater, spinnerbait, worms, dropshot and crankbaits.Very windy from midday on. Sept.27-Joe Bald-21 bass,3 keepers and 1 short walleye.Mainly fished in the White River.Caught fish on small worms, dropshot, and A couple on grubs.Windy again today.Tons of pleasure boaters and jet ski's.Very warm today.Felt like I was back in Florida. Sept-28-On my way back to Florida.Greatly enjoyed my 1st trip to Missouri.Caught lots of fish on many different lures.Catching keepers was A little tough this week.Talked to other anglers and sounds like we were not the only ones having this problem. Most of our fish were in 20-30ft. of water.I don't even have water that deep here in Florida. Was happy to get A 5lb. Largemouth and to catch some Smallmouth. Very good lakes and I plan to return again.
  4. Will be fishing Table Rock and Stockton.
  5. No freshwater Trout in Florida. We have plenty of saltwater Seatrout with the world record caught in the Indian River. Have taken Seatrout as large as 11lbs. myself. Not too many large Bass in Lake Okeechobee right now as the lake is going through A rebuilding process after 3 yrs of extremely low water and refilling this year. Most fish are running 1-3lbs.Haven't taken any 4-5lber's during the last month.Probably won't take any larger fish until Winter.Just happy to have plenty of clear water in the lake and lots of fish.
  6. Thanks for the info, I think my fishing buddy usually fishes the James River.I know he wants to go to Stockton for A couple of days, but we will mainly focus on fishing Table Rock. I normally fish Lake Okeechobee with visibility ranging from 1-4ft..I have herd Table Rock is clearer and lacks grass I am used to fishing. I have been checking the reports recently to give me A little bit of an idea as to the fishing. Will be fishing Monday-Sunday and I will have A full report when I return.
  7. Hello, On Monday I will be making my 1st. trip to Missouri to fish Table Rock and Stockton Lakes.I will be fishing with A friend who knows the lakes well, but could still use A little advice. What size line is your favorite for Bass fishing?. What depth should the fish be in?. Any schooling activity around?. I have been Bass fishing for 30yrs.,mostly on Lake Okeechobee although I traveled the southeast fishing bass tournaments during the 80s and 90s..Any advice would be helpful.Thanks.
  8. Hello everyone,I am A longtime fisherman from Florida.I have greatly enjoyed reading your info about the fishing lakes in your area. I will be making my first trip to Missouri on Monday to do some fishing with A friend.Looking forward to the trip.
