Does anyone know when the hatches typically are in April, May, June?

Brian, Stan, Dave, Dan and I (Jim Riddle) are planning on coming down for the Flingers. Am I reading that fishing is best if the river si below 800 CFM? Is it fishable at 1000? Can you keep posting the conditions? What are other options to fish if we do not want to waste a fishing pass?
