Dose anybody know how the hunting is on taneycomo late season when everything is iced up. Is there alot of pressure do the ducks use the lake, will the lower end of the lake freeze up. I have plenty of time off during the winter and im thinking about a good cast and blast

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WEDNESDAY FISHED ALL DAY ONLY CAUGHT A FEW SMALL FISH SEEN ALOT OF FISH CHASING BAIT. THURSDAY MORNING I WENT TO BASS PRO SHOPS IN BRANSON WHILE WALKING ALONG THE BOARDWALK NEXT TO LAKE TANEYCOMO I SEEN SEVERAL NICE LARGEMOUTH SO I DECIDED TO PUT IN AT ROCKAWAY BEACH AND FISH THE CREEKS THAT ENTER THE LAKE CAUGHT SEVERAL NICE FISH ONE ABOUT FIVE POUNDS. THE NEXT DAY PUT IN AT COOPERS CREEK AND WENT TO BRANSON LANDING CAUGHT A FEW BASS AND TROUT RIGHT NEXT TO THE FISH HOUSE RESTARNT EVEN WITH THE COLD FRONT. JIGS CRANKBAITS SPINNERBAITS

Im planning on float and fish trip from greer to turner May 14 i was wondering if there are campgrounds in that area, how much they cost and if they require a reservation. any help will be appreciated.

Deflated it will easly fit into a cars trunk or inflated and put together it will fit in a pickup bed

I think ive had it for 3 years but I bought a kayak between now and then so it didnt get 3 years worth of use its been out maybe a dozen times. Its been stored in my garage the whole time.

Im thinking about buying a new kayak has anybody had a bad experence with this brand. im looking at the fs12 it has good reveiws on bass pro website but i think alot of those reveiws are posted after only on outting.

Ive fished that lake for over ten years its by far my favorite but latly i cant stand the crowds. I still get out there on week days. Ive caught 5 muskies since they were stocked the first one i had no idea what it was i didnt know they were stocked at the time then another a few weeks later both were stocking size. A few years later i caught two a week apart in the middle of october both were large fish didnt measure no pics both awaome fight. This past spring i caught one on a shaky head worm another stocking size fish. The other 4 fish were all caught on rattle trap lures while bass fishing ive tried large muskie lures no luck. This past spring i fish pomme de terr in hopes of catching a muskie no luck on large lures but caught two while flipping a jig for bass. Tips dont try to catch the muskie go for the nice bass fishing and get suprized

Ive got a 16' roughneck with a 25hp motor prop not a jet. Im interested in bass fishing on this river hopefully for smallmouth but im not sure if i can get away with using a prop motor on this river. im not sure if the lower section would be deeper.
