Hi, my name is Steve Couwenhoven. I actually live in NW Indiana - more like a suburb of Chicago. Married with 3 children - 2 in college and 1 a sophmore in HS. Just bought a boat middle of last summer - 1993 Stratos 264 with a 90 HP Evinrude. This is my first boat and still learning quite a bit on how to run it and maintain it. Fished quite a bit as a kid and now getting back into it so still trying to accumulate gear and stuff.

We booked a vacation on Table Rock Lake the week of July 12. I am trying to do as much research as possible about the lake and how to fish it prior to heading down there. I did meet Captain Don House at the Chicagoland Outdoor show and he is going to help me out first day we are there on how to fish the lake for what is going on at that time. (Hi Captain Don - hope you are doing well) Seems this site as a lot of great information and great people on it. Can't wait to get down there in July.

Welcome, and good choice getting Capt. Don to help you figure out the Rock. I've been fishing on Tablerock since I got my first Snoopy pole and it still mystifies me at times!
