Fishing Report Before Rain And Flood 3/16 - 3/17

1st report so go easy on me

Fished last Sunday and Monday before the rains. Caught 2 keeper Ks on a lucky craft pointer and one real nice 2 1/2 pd LM on a x-rap ( olive green size 8 ) all right off points in 10-15ft of water. Something much bigger hit the x-rap and broke off my #8 spider wire ( should have checked my drag before hand! ). Boys caught a couple of small LM on crappie minnows under a bobber. Would have fished after the rains but could not get to the boat and if a could have reached the dock there was 20 ft of debris behind the boat. Saw a white with a green stripe capsized bass boat float be the house friday afternoon, wonder if anyone else saw it. Thanks for all the great fishing tips on the rock it really helps.
