Northfork Tailwater

I'm going to be in Arkansas on business through the week and stopping at Northfork Tailwater to get some fishing in before the business part of the trip gets started. Where should I start, the Dam, McCellan's?

I been reading the reports and seeing that generation is near to none. Can you recomend a place to stay for one night near there, just a room, bed and clean? Scuds, midge patterns, black wollies, egg patterns;

what else?

Rob ... I would work the dam first, next try the riffles just upriver from the handicapped area. You can also reach the C and R area from the handicapped access too. McClellans is always good it seems. The flys you mentioned, also some soft hackles like the Red Ass should also be effective....I think there are a couple of nice places in Norfork...Here is the one I am familiar with...Rivers Fork Inn...13839 Highway 5 S
