Wade Fishing?

I am going to be down there on Saturday afternoon/evening and maybe into night. Is is still possible to wade fish? Also, is a flyrod feasable or is the water too high to allow enough room for a back cast?

If anyone else is there I will be the guy in the STL Cardinals hat. Come say hi and I am open to tips or suggestions since this is only my seccond time on Taney.

wade fishing is pretty much impossible, even if you had stilts in your waders. the trout are big though.
