Members 5 Keepers Posted May 7, 2008 Members Posted May 7, 2008 I love throwing a blade and had good luck with it a few weeks back. But not this past weekend. I knew I should listen to everyone on the forum about the grub bite, ( and I did ), but I had to be stubborn and waste time with my blades. Tried up shallow in the in the trees and even tried slow rolling on the bottom where we we catching them on grubs but couldn't buy a bite with it. If someone figures something out I'll be glad to hear about it. Although with these gas prices I won't be back for about a month. Thanks, Mick Life's Short ... Fish Hard

I have some 1/4oz and 1/2oz hornets that tip off well with grubs on the Lower Taney for Brownies. Although that bite has been dead since at least February.
