bobw Posted May 9, 2008 Posted May 9, 2008 Is there any where to rent a plastic canoe around the Galena area? We are floating the Saturday before Memorial Day from Horse Creek to Galena. I have my own canoe but some folks that want to go with us need to rent one.

bobw Posted May 10, 2008 Author Posted May 10, 2008 We used to rent from Bruce there next to the store, but he sold to someone else andd the other day I was by there I didn't see any canoes. We rented alumninum conoes one year, hated floating in them. We got an Old Town from Bass Pro last year and love it. I willsee if I can find their phone number and call them. The plastic or what ever they are made of, just float better than aluminum ones do. Thanks for the help.
