Brian K. Shaffer Posted February 26, 2006 Author Posted February 26, 2006 I'll be there - wearing a long billed Simms hat / glasses with some flies in it. More than likely, I will spend most of my time casting.. and staring at tiers. See you there - Brian Just once I wish a trout would wink at me! ozarkflyfisher@gmail.com I'm the guy wearing the same Simms longbilled hat for 10 years now.
mizzouflyfisher Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 I'm going to try to run down there for Saturday. That weekend is the annual guys trip to Bennett Springs. So it'll be a 2 1/2 hour drive down. Just depends on how much card playing and beer drinkin goes on Friday night. I've never been before. Are there typically a lot of different rods to try? That would be my main reason for going. Thanks Mizzouflyfisher
Brian K. Shaffer Posted February 26, 2006 Author Posted February 26, 2006 mizzou - every rod you will have ever wanted to cast will be there. ( didnt that sound a little like the movie ) You will have a great time - casting rods - Brian Just once I wish a trout would wink at me! ozarkflyfisher@gmail.com I'm the guy wearing the same Simms longbilled hat for 10 years now.
