Thanks everyone for the help...I personaly dont consider a float tube a boat...nor would any reasonable person (?). The rules say no Boats....in my twisted fish crasy head Im free to use my float tube until a conservation agent tells me otherwise.

whats the penalaty gunna be anyway?? 90 days in jail?
