timsfly Posted June 28, 2008 Posted June 28, 2008 we had 2.5" of rain here last night at Roaring River, the water is murky and up a bit but we are not flooded, the rains are supposed to move on out of the area by 7:00 a.m. so we should be fine. The river, if the rains quit, should be in good shape by this evening and could be in great shape by tomorrow, the river clears up quickly when it is just runoff water making it murky. Lshack2 Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 Tim, thanks for the help yesterday at the shop. We fished pine squirrel sculpins in the C&R area, as well as eggs worms with a nymph trailer. We did ok for the conditions. About the time the river began to clear around lunch it rained again big time.... I tied some bettles with a peacock back last night and will be back when the water clears.
