Roaring River Veteran Posted July 21, 2008 Posted July 21, 2008 Well I bought one of these last week. TD-Pro I loved the way it felt in the store the size looks retrieve, ETC. I loaded it with 14 lb floro and went fishing. I was very disappointed. On the first cast It sounded terrible. Gears grinding and lots of noise. This all led to short cast. I'm going to take it back this week. Maybe I'll spend the extra money and get a curado. Good luck and good fishing RRV Good luck and Good fishing RRV

Trust me they both work great, and will last a long time. Very smooth and the more you use them the better they get, unreal casting distance and all american made here in Missouri. Also take a look at the new Pfluger Reels. There newest is called a Patriarch. Very Very smooth reels. Also guess who makes the high end Johnnie Morris reels and Rick Clunn Reels for Bass Pro? Yup, Pfluger.. Take a look I was impressed, I use all Pfluger spinning reels and bang for the buck very impressive and take the daily grind of guiding. Good Fishing Don Capt.
