Well, I finally made it out this past Sunday. Got to the river around 7:30 and was wading out 10 minutes later. Had my first one on about 3 casts in. Fished in the shadows of the rising sun and did well with a dark gray scud. Once the sun came over the tree tops I switched to an olive brown flymph and caught a few more. Moved down to the Watts area and caught 1, about 16", best fish of the day. The horn blew around 11:45, days over.

I drove around and ended up down near gore landing where some folks were swimming and there were some bucket sitters. So I ask this question to Zach or anyone else, how is the fishing down in that area?

Did anyone else make it out? If so, how did you fare?

We didn't go out Sunday morning but did go out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. We caught some stripers up by the dam on Deceivers and Sheep minnows.

"Its clearly Bree time baby!"
