fox_76 Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 Was just wondering what everybody is catching them on, me and some friends are on our way tonight to do some fishing over the weekend. How has the fishing been for the last couple of days? I didn't go to college,... I was too busy learning stuff. --Ted Nugent
timsfly Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 Dry fly fishing has been great, bring your 7X tippet and light rods. Good beetle, ant, and hopper fishing right now. Caddis, blue wing olives and tricos also. Water is in great shape, best water we've had all season. Good luck. timsfly Posted August 1, 2008 Posted August 1, 2008 micro jigs in black/yellow, olive green, tan and copper headed/ olive have all been good. Marabou jigs in black/yellow, tan, white, brown and olive have been good also. Glo-balls under an indicator will always catch a few fish. use 2lb maxima, p-line, or vanish, anything else will not work real well. Good luck.
