Catfish?

Any reports on where/when/bait??????? We will be staying during the holiday weekend, and since the lake will be disturbed with all the boats/skiers/jet skis, thought we would try for cats in the river.

Also, not much action on this board. Is that because there is not much action on the river?

I own a dock up the river. You can definately catch catfish on the edges of the chanel. A friend of mine has pole lines all along the river. I think he mostly catches sunfish to bait them. If you are going up the river go slow until you figure out the chanel. By the way, there are alot of walleye in Pomme and summer is the best time to catch them. You might give it a try.
