I doubt it very much. It is still 26 and 1/2 feet above pool level and they want to get it down. I sure wish they would turn it off for a couple of days.

They have been running eight generators twenty four hours a day since June the eighth. I think the chances for low water are not good.

how mutch water does the COE run threw eight generators. looks to me like TR has olny dropped someware around 16 ft since the floods this spring. Truman was up 23 ft or so 4th of july and is now olny a foot high and has bee within 3 ft of normal pool for 3 weeks. I dont know anything about the southern Missouri lakes and just looking for a little euducation.

I was looking at the generation charts, and saw that the cfs for the tailwater dropped significantly (down to 7000) on August 24. Was the water more fishable then, and is there a chance they do that again this weekend? Just curious.

The lower generation levels have been fishing very well. Eight units can vary a lot. I guided at Rim Shoals yesterday and we boated over fifty trout. The water was down a bit when we arrived and slowly rose all day. Perfect high water conditions.
