vanven Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 The wife and I are trying to decide if a late week trip to Taneycomo will work out. An area resort owes us a couple nights stay thanks to some very inconsiderate sales people. We were thinking about cashing that in thursday and friday nights. With the remnants of the hurricaine blowing up through southern Missouri how is this going to impact water levels? Am I better of heading down this week and fishing through some warm rain showers, or waiting a week and dealing with the possibility of increased generation from this week's rain runoff? How long does it generally take for a significant rain event to make its way into Table Rock and impact flows? I dont mind the rain being fair complected. Better than dealing with a blazing sun anyday. -Jerod

bigredbirdfan Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 The lower will be pure mud. Agreed. Hard to see a bait in mud. I am going to be dove hunting instead
Greg Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 This is getting kind of depressing. Every time we seem to be making headway with the lake levels mother nature dumps more water in our laps.
