The weather reports from the experts are dire for our Texas friends along the coast and even some of those miles inland. One forecaster has stated that if people are in one or two story homes and structures in Galveston they are in danger of imminent death. Some strong words that seldom do you hear in any kind of forecast. We will probably feel certain effects from this storm with heavy flooding rain and possible severe thunderstorms and wind. This I am sure will continue to cause high water in the lakes and more continued generation on the tailwaters. That pales though in comparison to what the folks along the Texas and Louisiana Coasts are in for. God Bless them all.
