North Face Talus 33-3 Person Tent

Thought I had this sold, but the guy stopped emailing.....oh well. I have a Talus 33 by North Face. It is a 3 person(2with gear) tent. Super dry and super strong. It has been in the rain, snow and high winds without even budging. The rain flap extends out beyond the tent edge giving great protection and a nice storage area. I have had the tent about 3 years now. No rips, tears, stains, etc. All poles are in great shape and are aluminum. I also have the footprint for this tent from North Face. This is put down on the ground to protect the bottom of the tent.

I paid $250 for the tent plus $50 for the footprint. I would like to get $150 out of it. I am located in NW Arkansas.
