Thanks to Brian and the boys at 11 Point Canoe for getting me out on the river on short notice. I suggest you get on the river now, the water was in great shape and the fishing was very good. Had decent luck between island 1 and 2, and fishing real got good below Island 4, the shoal above little hurricane and the rapids at little hurricane. I caught about 60% on Dons Crawdad and the rest on brown wooly bugger stipped through the tail outs. I saw a little color in the trees, and only one other fisherman, which isn't bad at all.
