lonkm Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 Tried to get all those Honey Do's done. Didn't fish. Yesterday my wife had foot surgery. Gusee who will be the chief cook, bottle washer and nurse for the next several months. I will need a setter soon! Any takers??
bclift65706 Posted October 25, 2008 Posted October 25, 2008 My wife started a job last spring working second shift we have a 4 and a 9 year old.Figuring out how good I had it in the past when I wanted to go boe hunting in the evenings the 9 year old does good but tell a 4 year old to be quiet is a waste of air. Fishing not to bad I just strap on lifejackets and away we go wadeing or boating and they boath love to fish or just play in the water. But I know what you mean by cheif cook my wife had her tonsiles (spelling may wrong?)removed 3 weeks ago as an adult it is a hard recovery about 2 weeks I mised all the good october catfishing but I am going to try this weekend hopfully it is not over yet.

taxidermist Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 LOL. My Wife had foot surgery last Dec. day 7 after surgery we were on White River fishing. Did not slow her down much except for around the house. Plus she was on a walker for awhile. I would put the boat in the water, back the truck up to the bumper and she only had a couple feet to walk to get to the boat. Hope yours does as well as mine did. Someday when I have time I have some work on the foot the Dr needs to do but its not that bad yet!
