Hey all you ozark anglers!!.. Just wanted to send out a quick note to all from us folks up here in Iowa. I still think about my trip to Tany and the great trout fishing we had. Recently went out for an afternoon of flyfishing in a Iowa trout stream. Another fun adventure...Lots of fish...I think I caught 13 or so in a few hours...beautiful fish.. Love them rainbows and managed a couple of browns and a brookie. The weather had finally turned on us here and we are cooling off. Got my boat winterized today and will put er up for the season...UGH!!..that's a heart breaker..

My wife and I plan on making a spring trip down there next year..hopefully before the weather allows for a bunch of rain. It will be our birthday fishing outing... ...Well hope you all are still catching some good rainbows down there...Hopefully on my next trip down we can meet a few of you all!!...Take care!!
