Buzz Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I just received the Chuck and Sharon Tryon book "All About Flies"" Everything the Fly Fisher Needs to Know"2003 It is everything I expected and more. It's very informative and makes the most complex things easy to understand. I have been fly fishing for more than 20 years and am still learning, like most of us are. Anyway, it only cost $1.99 plus shipping and is well worth the cost. Just thought I'd pass this one on. Buzz If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

I still pull out his references from my library to refresh my mind on locations and tactics even thought I have read them many times. Thom Harvengt
Buzz Posted March 2, 2009 Author Posted March 2, 2009 I found it online at Barnes and Noble. It was actually in the used book section, but it is actually new. Also it is a paperback. I've nearly finished reading it and it does have a lot of good info on flies and the history behind fly fishing and fly tying. I look forward to reading more of his books. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
