Opening Day

Looks like I know how to do it.

That first pic is of some guy that was beating the water profusely at an attempt to catch fish. I recommended Velveeta and he just gave me a dirty look. LOL

Sorry Jerry, I just couldn't resist.

Anyway, now that I have an idea of how to post pics look for more in the future. I'll be leaving Saturday for a 3 month stint out west to AZ and to CO for work and both destinations are real close to some fine trout fishing. I just hope I get a chance to fish them a little .

Heh, I look like one of those pics of big foot!!!! Caught fishing! At that point I was thinking cheese...garlic maybe?

I did manage to catch a few Monday. The ones in the pic I caught up near the spring at 4 in the afternoon. I was drifting a yellow soft hackle in the shallow water and

they hammered it. Fun for an hour or so then I headed for home. I'm ready to go back!

Isn't that typical of those type of guys? Talk trash then high tail it for another part of the country.

Looks like you did ok. I like the talk about hammering the soft hackles. I will be down in another week to check it out.

Be careful and remember why they file the front sighs off of guns and get their serial numbers before you take them with you as bear protection!
