Members jbeenemd Posted March 9, 2009 Members Posted March 9, 2009 I'm fairly new to this area. Bought a small farm off of Z highway halfway between Willard and Walnut Grove. I and have fished Stockton some as it is closer to home. But I am unsure where "Taylor" is. Is this the bridge on 215 that crosses Maze Creek?
binman Posted March 9, 2009 Author Posted March 9, 2009 Truthfully I have absolutely no idea but I can tell you if heading North on 123 you take a right on to 215 heading toward morrisville then make a left at the red barn/house you can't miss it then follow that road down it will Y off follow the road to the right takes you to Taylor Bridge(the concrete bridge) if you go left it will take you to the old Iron bridge. I hope that helps you out some let me know if you have any more ?'s Brandon Inman Brandon Inman
Members jbeenemd Posted March 10, 2009 Members Posted March 10, 2009 Thanks Brandon, I have to go up to Bolivar tomorrow morning to work. If I can get my lazy self up early enough, then I will try to swing around and try to find it. Unfortunately I won't have any time to fish for a few days. Jackie
Members jbeenemd Posted March 10, 2009 Members Posted March 10, 2009 After reading the instructions again, I have a few questions. Where is everyone fishing? At the concrete bridge or the old iron bridge? Also from the "Y" if you go right then you get to the concrete bridge and if you go left at the"Y" then that takes you to the old iron bridge. Is this correct? Jackie
binman Posted March 10, 2009 Author Posted March 10, 2009 As far as I know to my knowledge they said that they was not doing good at Iron bridge but I my self with the other tons of people was at the concrete bridge you can fish right there by the bridge or you can walk as far as your heart desire's to find fish. When you get to the Y you go right and you are practically on the concrete bridge if you go left you get to Iron bridge that is correct. Also if I may add not being able to fish for a few days is not so bad I am not sure if you have seen our weather forcast or not but the days that we are not going to get strong storms it's going to be in the 40's which won't be any help to us for fishing but next week looks kinda promising with warmer temps also if we get real good rains it might raise the water up high enough that them white bass and wally's get up to 215 bridge. Well good luck to you hope I helped some if you do get to go and do any good let me know how you did. Brandon Inman Brandon Inman
