Members kingbasser69 Posted March 16, 2009 Members Posted March 16, 2009 My brother and I are planning a trip to the Kings river March 21st, and 22nd and I'm having trouble finding a place to stay. I would like to stay on the river or at least close as possible. Nothing fancy, dry and comfortable is good for us.
bobber Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Eureka Springs is going to be the ticket! ...."chuck full of motels" <*)))))))>< * AMERICAN CANOE ASSOCIATION CERTIFIED CANOE, and SWIFT WATER RESCUE INSTRUCTOR.*
rps Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Eureka has many options, all minutes from the Kings River.
shaker Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Might give Hickory Hollow a call 858-6606 it is on the river between Shell Knob and the state line, has boat ramp, dock, great fishing area. I hven't been there for 2 years, but was very clean and well ran. Good Luck!
Members kingbasser69 Posted March 19, 2009 Author Members Posted March 19, 2009 Thanks for the help guys. If it wasn't for the rain we would just stay in a tent.
chub minnow Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 If you want to stay on the river and go for smallies, then King's River Resort is the only place for you. They have cabins on the River. If you are lake fishing, then there are several options around the Shell Knob area. King's River Resort should be listed in Berryville and Eureka.
