Weekend Fishing Report

Fished Saturday and Sunday. Saturday by far was the best, although the weather was not so hot. Overall for the weekend I'd give the fishing a C+. Did not see anyone really pulling them out left and right, yours truely included.

Caught everything on white floss in various spots in Zone 1 and Zone 2. Caught nothing on cracklebacks (skipped with floating line), tan scuds, or copper johns. Caught enough to stay interested, but will need to go back soon for redemption.

I put the boat in Zone 4 (where the spring flows into the river) and jigged about 25 of em out on Sunday. My fishing partner only hooked 2..

Black and white maribou jigs with red heads... 1/16th ounce, worked slowly across the deep hole there.. Being in a boat sure helps.
