adjust555 Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Does anyone know with the water temp in the low 50s arer the crappie starting to move up the Pomme river. Thanks, Vince
shockley32 Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 I have a couple of friends who slayed the crappie up the Pomme river on Sunday. However they quit biting about 10:00. The last two / three weeks I've really hammered the fish on the lake. They are in 12-18' of water 4-18' down. Jig color doesn't matter. Find standing timber or brush piles in the mouths of spawning coves. This rain and front will probably mess them up for a few days. Brad Have your visited Limitville lately?
adjust555 Posted March 28, 2009 Author Posted March 28, 2009 Thanks. The one thing I do now is thatb when they bite they bite, but it turns off real fast.
