timsfly Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Crane looks good, the creek is up a good 18" and is a bit off color, fishing was good we landed 2 and hooked a few more, one on a # 8 tungsten coneheaded pine squirrel thing, and the other was on a san juan worm, pink. Here is the pic of the first fish, it was pretty and the biggest we caught today. This is Nathan Honeycutts first trip, he is a local pastor in Cassville. I think he is hooked. Terry Beeson Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Tim... nice pheesh!! Creek DOES look good! It's very easy to get hooked on Crane for sure. Care to reveal which part of Crane those pics were taken? ozark trout fisher Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 the creek is up a good 18" That's good. I have noticed the wild trout creeks around here fish better when they are up a bit and a little cloudy.
