Members JRD Posted April 6, 2009 Author Members Posted April 6, 2009 No, what guarnteed boater means is someone who has entered the tournament, paid and definetly going to show up and fish the tournament. The boater and non-boater link so they are both guarnteed to fish. The format is computer draw.
