Members Trolling 4 Walleye Posted April 22, 2009 Members Posted April 22, 2009 i'm headed fishing this weekend and i'm from missouri and have an in-state license. i have a friend who used to live in springfield, but moved to little rock. what kind of a license does he need to do some standard bass fishing? does he need a regular out of state license, or is there an alternative? his drivers license is arkansas... he does have a missouri hunter safety license.
Members DoctaJ Posted April 22, 2009 Members Posted April 22, 2009 White River Border Lakes Permit (Missouri and Arkansas Residents Only) Allows Missouri and Arkansas residents to pursue, take, possess (except trout) and transport fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, and live bait from the other state’s portion of the impounded waters of Bull Shoals, Norfork and Table Rock lakes without purchasing a Nonresident Fishing Permit. Must also have a fishing permit or qualify for an exemption issued by the state of residence. $10 If you don't have this someone will need to have an out of state permit. But this is cheaper and will work.
