I recently purchased the new Stylus Tough 6000. It is waterproof to 10' and I am impressed the picture quality and functionality. I believe I paid in the $250 range.

thanks for feedback i have been looking at the olympus stylus 850, seems like a pretty decent camera, new on e-bay for $150. they sell alot of refurbished ones but they go for about the same price. anyone use the 850? I think it might come in bright butt green too.

Well, if I see someone fishing and shooting with bright butt green camera, don't be surprised if a tall feller in a funny looking cowboy hat comes up to ya and says howdy, chances are it will be me.

thats the camera they got, from target too, its really nice im not going to lie. i need to find a waterproof case for the powershot that i have so i can use it more freely in the water now. but we put it thru its passes this past weekend at Meremec floating, drinking, kayaking, it was under water several times and in the rain, worked perfectly everytime.
