Members Kevin B. Posted June 3, 2009 Members Posted June 3, 2009 I know it varies from day-to-day, but how busy is it typically in the early evening (say 5 or 6 until the 8:30 close) on weekdays in the zone 2 area? As a beginner with the fly rod, I'm trying to find some times where I'll have a little bit more room. Thanks in advance for the help. timsfly Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 It is not bad, my wife and I were down there till about 7:30 last night, not many people around when we left out of the park. The campgrounds were full, and it has been busy most days, but thru the week it won't be to bad in the evening. Members Grant Miller Posted June 3, 2009 Members Posted June 3, 2009 I was down there last Tuesday/Wednesday and it was very light on the fishermen in zone 2. Lots and lots of fish in there though! It seems that the catch and release area is especially good for getting away from the crowds. Good luck! "Life is like a beanstalk, isn't it." ~ John Geirach
