Hey folks,

I just wanted to let everyone know that is interested that there is a new fishing show coming first to the Pursuit Channel and then the Outdoor Channel. The show is called Fishing Frenzy and features exotic fishing locations across the world. It will air 3rd and 4th quarters on the Pursuit Channel (DirecTV channel 608). Showtimes are Thursdays at 3pm, Saturdays at 10pm, and Sunday mornings at 6:30am. Beginning in 2010 it is set to move to the Outdoor Channel.

I hope nobody minds but this is a shameless plug because I host this show along with a gentleman named Jeff Hall, from LaGrande OR. I would really love for people to give it a chance for a few episodes and then give some feedback on ways to improve. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

So far we have filmed on Kodiak Island AK, the Little Martin Lake in northern NORTHERN Canada above Yellowknife, the Togiak River in AK, the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil, off the Oregon coast, on the Columbia River, and just now in Costa Rica. In two weeks I leave to do a three week stint in British Columbia and Alaska to film some more.

If you don't have the Pursuit Channel, you can request from your cable or sat carrier to have the show added to the programming. It doesn't cost the carrier anything to add the channel as they have opened up there satellite feed for anyone to go pick up as desired.

The show should be pretty exciting so tune in when you can!
