Thursday Evening Tournament Results

Once again I didn’t win the prize. Fish don’t like me on Thursday evenings, and I am beginning to not like them as much either. But to make myself feel better we are still leading the points for the season!!

Sounded like most of the fish were coming off brush piles in 15-20 foot of water on plastics and jigs

.

1st place went to Gabe Underwood and Ken Freeze who caught 5 fish that went 19.04 lbs. The also had 2nd big bass with a fish that went 5.27 lbs. Awesome bag of fish!!

2nd place went to Jay Carter and Perry Ayres who had 4 fish that weighed 11.97 lbs.

The big fish was caught by Russell and Rodney Dawson who had a fish that weighed 5.32 lbs.

I believe there is still time to make the fish off. We have 5 tournaments remaining and you have to be in the top 60% to make it to the final tournament that will be held October 10 from safe light till 3 pm. Take a look at the point standings and the rules at www.fishstocktonlake.com and come on out next Thursday.

We had 13 boats last night and have had 50 different boats fish this year. That means we should have about 30 boats in the fish off. If you have only fished a couple times this year, don’t give up to early. Take a look at the points standings.
