Catfishing At Mile Marker 13

Hey guys. my grandparents have a condo at Waters Edge (right next to lodge of the 4 seasons at mile marker 13) and I am wondering how to catch the big cats. I don't have a boat. I just fish from the bank. I was wondering if there is a good catfishing place close to where i am located and what to use for bait. over the past years i have left rod and reels on the end of boatdocks overnight baited with bluegill, worms, and dip bait but my biggest doing that has only been about 8 or 9 pounds. Please help!! Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
