Gatorjet Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Now that I'm back home I get the reports!!! Didn't even try for bass this trip afterall. Fished mostly up, Fall Creek to Short Creek and a little below Cooper Creek. I did venture down to the Islands up from Rockaway. Fished an inflated nightcrawler with no success. Also fished the other side of the lake from the Islands. Had one good hit on a Spin-A-Lure, but didn't get a hookset. Had to leave and go back up to Lilleys to pick up Wife to take her to SDC. Gotta leave her home so I can fish all day!!! Real men go propless!

They say a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work. Even though I have been retired since May, a bad day at Tanycomo is better than any day in St.Louis!!!! Real men go propless!
