Eric was kind enough to answer the same question about Buttermilk for me back in May. Here is his response;

"Buttermilk Springs is called Cedar Hollow up the James River on most maps. From Little Aunts head up the James about 4 miles and you are there."

Campers Point is another mile up the James, just past Point 12 and the Islands
