Members kcbear Posted September 29, 2009 Members Posted September 29, 2009 I would really like to find, beg, borrow, or steal a topograghical map of Stockton-- if such a thing exists. I have located several slightly different maps on the internet, but none that indicates depth contours and such. If anyone on this forum can help, I would be most appreciative.
Members showmebassin Posted September 29, 2009 Members Posted September 29, 2009 You can pick up a Hot Spots map, they have contour lines and known hot spots around the lake for different species. They are pretty accurate. You can get them at most of the gas stations around the lake and Bass Pros has them. They have a website as well. \ http://www.fishinghotspots.com/e1/pc/viewc...amp;pageStyle=H JD "If guns kill people then....pencils miss spel words, cars make people drive drunk, and spoons make people fat."

Go to Fin And Feather in Springfield and grab a old school yellow topo map. There the most accurate and have better contour lines than the hot spots. You can't find this one on the net.

But, best map for Stockton... "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"
