Hello Everyone,

I usually fish at Beaver Tailwaters every other weekend but it looks like its pretty well flooded for this weekend. I have been to Greers Ferry once and am wondering if the water is pretty fishable for the weekend? Any places I should know to go? Any nice cabins near these places you could refer me to? Any fly ideas? Thanks to all. :)

Wade or boat fishing? As far as cabins .. how many folks and how many nights? We usually get the weekend's generation schedule on Friday about 4:30. As much flooding as there is down river in the Augusta area, you're guess is as good as mine on what the Corps will do as far as the generation.

Mike

I went to buy batteries but they weren't included.

Wade fishing sir. Does the water look to be fairly high? And only 1 night for lodging, unfortunatly I work 6 days a week and am 24 so I dont have alot of time and haven't made enough money to just take off for days at a time :(

It will be late this afternoon before the weekend predicted generation schedule is posted. As far as lodging you could try Lindsey's Resort or Lobo Landing.

Well is she a fishing partner or a girlfriend? You do realize it's unwise to mix the two at your age, right?

Oh, welcome to the forum.. Sorry I don't have any advice for you regarding your original questions..

The predicted generation has been posted and it doesn't look good for wade fishing at all. Pretty much around the clock thru Monday with only a couple hours of no generation that are closer to midnight. :noway:

Well thanks for all the info! I guess I will save the 3 and a half hour drive for another time if the waters high. I might just head up to Beaver anyway and maybe go to the Roaring river state park. Not much fun if you have ever been there but you can see some huge fish. Oh and whats the problem with mixing fishing parter with a lady to share your bed with when your done?? I dont understand. Anyways! Thanks again!
