Members CrappieMagnet Posted November 5, 2009 Members Posted November 5, 2009 Had this for dinner last night....thought I would share the recipe with all of you. 2 lbs. skinless pan fish fillets 10 ounces of asparagus spears 1 can of celery soup 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese...grated 2 tablespoons crushed toasted almonds 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.Cook asparagus and drain.Place 3 asparagus spears on each fillet and roll up.Put a toothpick in each one.Place roll-ups on a buttered baking dish.Combine the soup,lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the roll-ups.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with the almonds.Bake it at 350 degrees for 25-39 minutes until the fish flakes.
