This Weekend

I am thinking about heading down sunday morning early if the schedule says they are off, anyone else headed that was from tulsa? never been there before. I have only flyfished in colorado so I hope all goes well.

I'm waiting to see what the generation schedule and weather have in store before I make any plans. If I go, it will probably be on Saturday and I will head out from Owasso. However, I will be surprised if they stop generating until the get the lake down to flood pool. By my estimate, that will happen just about Thanksgiving weekend.

If they aren't generating on sunday, I'm going to try and sneak down there. Just depends on the generation schedule...its not looking promising though. If I go, I'll let ya know. I'll show you around the area...the fish are really concentrated in just a handful of spots. Its usually a pretty easy river to fish...nothing technical.

Same plan for me, if schedual has water off for Sunday I'll be there, probably start at Watts area.

the schedule says no generation till 1700 sunday afternoon. what are the odds crappy weather and no generation.

Never seen them post the schedual so soon, but if it holds true, rain or shine I'll be in the water as the soon as its light enough. probably start by the cable since the parking lot is lit to rig up.

I'm hoping to be able to make it down sunday morning. Going to watch to see how the weather is going to be. As long as its not a freaking downpour t-storm, i'm planning on coming down.
