timsfly Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 I have a buddy looking for a rifle for his 12 year old son, he has been looking for a 22 rifle for his boy for awhile, he needs something in the $100.00 and less price range, just a good ole bolt action is what he is wanting, so if you have one and your in the mood to sell, contact me. Thank you, his b-day is in 2 weeks, thanks. Tim Homesley 23387 st. hwy 112 Cassville, Mo 65625 Roaring River State park Tim's Fly Shop www.missouritrout.com/timsflyshop

Mike Worley Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 My grandson had one of the Cricket 22 rifles. It had good points like the key locking device. The main problem as far as I could see was it was very inaccurate and and so small that he out grew it very quickly.

Good luck to your friend Tim they are out there but used .22 sometimes become heirlooms.
