Minimum Flow

just wondering if they have started the minimum flow rule and if they have how has it changed the fishing? I know they have been running alot of water but it seems like there was a day or two of low flow. just wondering how much water they are pushing down and if it is enough to change fishing spots from how they were.

Minimum flow has not been implemented. My understanding is that it will be a couple of years to make the necessary modifications to the dam. I fished the Norfork at low water a couple of weeks ago and noted quite a few changes in the Catch and Release section. New gravel bars and new holes. It was like fishing it for the first time.
