edwin Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 I saw the post by Forsythian showing some of the Kings river arm being frozen. Anyone else had issues gaining access to the lake? Was planning on heading down today for the week, will be launching in the Aunts Creek area. Thanks! edwin "Advantages are taken, not handed out"
Members LouDog Posted January 11, 2010 Members Posted January 11, 2010 The ramp at Hideaway is still unusable. The back half of Piney had snow on the water yesterday afternoon so it will still be a little crusty for a few days but the main lake down from Piney is clear.

Thanks! edwin Upper areas around the DAM are ok, but the ramps are still snow covered.. If you have a 4x4 should not be a problem.. Just give it a day or two with this warm weather and everything will be open.. Lake should be busy later this week... Good Fishing Don Capt.
