K Dock Ramp

anyone been to k dock ramp area? Thinking about going out Wednesday and wanted to know if it is frozen over.

No, but I'm thinking about going soon too, and I'd like to know how the ramp is.

If you get to K Dock ramp and it doesn't look good, there's a new ramp at the end of MM. That's a couple miles north of K Hwy., turn east at the corner the convenience store is on and go to the end. I've only seen the new ramp from the water and someone said the approach is paved with loose rock that requires 4WD. I'd try it though, if the K Dock ramp isn't good.

Do you guys have any idea if Tucker ramp is open? After seeing pics of the Kings being froze over on the Rock I am wondering what BS looks like on this end of the lake. I am heading out with fishintherock Wed. Thanks

A couple of weeks ago the Tucker ramp was good to go. I fished Lead Hill (Diamond City) on Tuesday and the new ramp is still underwater, I had to unload at the campground ramp.

K Dock is frozen about 20 yards in front of the ramp. Beaver and Forsyth are open.
