Crappie are getting busy and fairly easy to find. Seem to move in and out some but stay with'em.

S/M's, jigs different colors for different stretches of the same bank.

Most in 6' to 10' of water. Some close to the bank but the bigger crappie seem to be further out yet.

2 limits of crappie and 2 legal wally's out of 5 caught.

Slow on the retrieve seem to be the best for us. No paint left on the jig heads.

I was also lucky enough to catch most of the trash fish yesterday including about a 10# turtle.

Have fun and remember it's a big big lake so give everyone a little elbow room.
