Ok all, just got back from my annual trip down to Table Rock Lake and staying in Little Aunts Creek(Oak Hill Resort). Heres where, what and when I fished.

April 27th-Tuesday night(8pm-11pm)-Ton of moss in Little Aunts, went up river to PT. 12, no moss. Caught about 25, mix of all bass on a Tomato Gene Larew Salt Craw. No keeps, but at least half of those were 14-14 1/2 inches.

April 28th-Wednesday-(10am-6pm)-Sunny. Ton of fish caught off of main lake pockets and points from Wolfpen all the way to Shell knob. Smoke Yamamoto 5 inch grubs with black heads. Any smoke works(no flake, black flake and red flake). Caught probably 40 fish, 8 keeps and about 5 that were in that 14-14 1/2 range. If the grub bite went away, throw a Fish Dr. in green with red flake on a split shot rig, 6lb fluro. Cast as deep ast you can and drag it up the point.

Wednesday night-Went back out to Wolfpen, threw the grub all the way up till 12am(i know, right?) and caught 3 keepers, 20 shorts and got into a mess of white bass. Best white bass easily went 3 lbs, absolutely huge!

April 29th-Thursday-(10am-6pm)-Sunny and windy! 30-50mph winds! Fishing was same as Wed though to a 'T' but was even better, couldnt believe it.

No fishing that night.

April 30th-Friday-(9am-till the storms came in) grubs. Simply put. Not as crazy of a day but still had about 4 keepers.

No fishing that night.

May 1st-Saturday-(9am-6pm) Grubs and Fish Dr. on Split Shot. Fishing was a bit slower, about 20 caught and 2 keeps.

Pattern every day was the exact same. If it was sunny and windy, you would find them on main lake pockets and points. If it got cloudy and wind died down, water melon grubs or the spook was fun to use. Our best 5 bass of trip went 20-24 lbs. Biggest fish of the trip was a 4.5 LM, biggest suprise was the White Bass and the one that made us laugh was a 1 1/2 lb goggle eye. Absolutely lights out trip! Its going to get better for you guys down there, parts of the lake are not spawned out and fish are still moving up.
