Chance,

Where did you guys park to access the river that far down by PSO? Did you park in the Pedestrian bridge parking lot and hike all the way down there?

I'm pretty sure the access area is on the other side of the river where the soccer fields are located at. Take I-44 over the river and it should be the first exit. Make a right, then left (S. Elwood Ave.). Go all the way down until you see the soccer fields. There should be a path leading down to the river. Getting there is easy, fishing is another story.

I caught that fish on a deceiver. Also caught a bunch of sand bass and hybrids on the same pattern up by the low-water dam...

We just fished our way down to that spot. Its easier to access it by the soccer fields if you want to fish below PSO specifically...
